Soccer!

For the first time, Haley is on a soccer team. This has been Joe's dream for her since before she was born. She loves it so far, and is looking forward to playing in cooler weather.
This pic was taken just seconds after scoring her first goal! We are so proud of you, Haley.

Did they really each need their own pool?

Someday, when they are MUCH older, this backyard will have a real swimming pool.

Cinderella Birthday Party

This year, Haley and Sydney had a joint 4th and 2nd birthday party. It was a magical day and everything turned out beautifully. Cinderella came all the way from her castle at Disney World to celebrate with us!

Her first dance recital

Haley did a fantastic job at her first dance recital! She spent the year in a combo ballet/tap class and the performance was tap. Seriously, she was the best dancer in her class! Unfortunately she isn't too keen on continuing dance and would rather play soccer. We are so proud of you, Haley! (She is the third dancer from the left)

another daddy's girl

The sweetest little girl I've ever met in my entire life. And you can tell her sisters I said so, because it is so true. God is good. He gave Berkley the most wonderful little personality and we are so incredibly blessed.

Four months ;)

I must have been a little surprised by the brightness of the flash when my daddy took this picture. And, isn't he a sweet Daddy to get his four girls these beautiful flowers for valentines day. I am still one of the happiest babies you'll meet and am not at all stingy with by beautiful smiles - I smile at almost everyone! When I went for my well check everyoyne was surprised at my contimued growth - I am in the 90th percentile for height and the 85th for weight. No comment! I have the sweetest laugh and am slowly getting interested in my big sisters. One of my favorite things to do is lounge in mom or dad's lap and watch tv. Dad always jokes about how someday, at the beach, Haley will be diving in the water, Sydney will be doing something dangerous and I will be lounging on my beach chair getting a tan.

Sydney lately

This pic was taken by Dad on New Years Eve. We rang in the new year with a fun filled family party, complete with a confetti drop, party decorations and hats, sparkling cider in wine glasses, music and a computer generated ball drop at 8 pm. What a blast!

I am fully communicative and happier for it. Some of mom's favorite things she's heard me say lately include: "Mommy: tell you something. One time...Haley...ran off." "Mommy: Daddy is so cute." "Mommy, stop singing." "Ahhhhh!! Haley took my Cinderella!! Where's Belle? Where's Ariel?" "Mommy, where's my football?" Me: I'm not sure, Syndey. "It's in the gutter Mommy. Tell Daddy to buy me a new one." Me: Okay, Sydney. I'll tell Daddy. "I want a purple one Mommy."

I wear at least one ballerina/princess dress per day. I love dressing up and am all girl.

I am by far mom and dad's most difficult child. Always have, always will be. It's funny how true the whole birth order connection is. I am certainly mom and dad's payback for any grief they may have caused their parents.

I am teeny tiny. Skinny and tall. Sometimes, I choose not to eat much of my dinner. I could eat macaroni and cheese for every meal and call it "roni cheese."
